Premium Quality Himalayan Ragi (Finger Millet) Whole Flour. Freshly stoneground from organically grown high quality unpolished Himalayan Whole Ragi (Finger Millet).
Himalayan Finger Millet is also known as Madua and grows well and naturally in the Himalayan foothills and is an important crop due to its high nutritional value.
The Ragi crop is organically grown in the foothills of the Kumaon Himalayan range, near Ranikhet in Uttrakhand. Single Farm Origin. The flour is free from chemicals and synthetic pesticides.
It does not contain any fillers, bleach, additives or preservatives. It is made in small batches, and is high in nutrition and dietry fibers. It contains all components of the Whole Grain: Bran, Endosperm and Germ.

Small Batch Production-
All our stoneground flours are fresh and made in small batches. It takes 2-3 days prepration time, as they are ground at low speeds to protect the flavours and the nutrient content of the grains.

Recycle-
For our reatil products, we try our best to use packaging that can be reused multiple times by our customers. In order to reduce wastage, we pack our shipments in used-cardboard boxes and encourage our customers to reuse the boxes before recycling
