Premium quality Whole Wheat Daliya for porridge. Freshly stoneground in our village at Chomupurhoitan, Rajasthan, from organically grown high quality unpolished Sharbati variety whole wheat.
Makes a wholesome breakfast cereal with milk, fresh and dry fruits; a savoury main dish with chopped vegetables of choice or a delicious halwa sauted in ghee and cooked in milk, garnished with nuts and dry fruit.
The daliya is free from chemicals. It does not contain any fillers, bleach, additives or preservatives. It is made in small batches, and is high in nutrition and dietry fibers. It contains all components of the Whole Grain: Bran, Endosperm and Germ.
The farm lands are certified by Rajasthan State Organic Certification Agency (RSOCA). At our farms we practice natural and regenarative farming; a holistic practice that uses the power of photosynthesis in plants to sequester carbon in the soil while improving soil health, crop yields, water resilience, and nutrient density.
Inspired by ancient wisdom, sustainability, and holistic living; we grow and sell high-quality handcrafted food made in small batches by household village women in and around our farm and villages.

Small Batch Production-
All our stoneground products are made in small batches. It takes 2-3 days prepration time, as they are ground at low speeds to protect the flavours and the nutrient content of the grains.

Recycle-
For our reatil products, we try our best to use packaging that can be reused multiple times by our customers. In order to reduce wastage, we pack our shipments in used-cardboard boxes and encourage our customers to reuse the boxes before recycling
