As first generation novice farmers, in 2020 we established Abja Organic Farm, (organic certified regenerative natural farm), near Khatu Shyam, Rajasthan, and converted sand to soil within 2 years, using various experiments with soil bacteria, cow-manure and green manuring.
After facing lots of challenges and overcoming them with patience, constant learning and grit, we are now farming in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
In 2022, following market changes with a focus on food security due to climate change and rise in population, we transformed ourselves into a "Gourmet Delight" brand; Abja Farm & Dairy. Conjuring artisanal handcrafted delicious food and snacks using sustainable agri-tech.
Working our recipes with artisanal chefs and connoisseurs, our food is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients from our farms and farmer network.
It's our constant endeavor to make food products that brings joy, and celebrates happiness, using sustainable agri-tech.
Samvit Ashish and Aditya Raman
Samvit Ashish is a practicing Vedic and Yogic systems scholar, and a philosopher. He practises and promotes holistic living and has vast knowledge about Ayurveda and various ancient Indian sciences.
Aditya holds an MBA degree from The David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, USA in Information Technology and Strategy and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering (Chip Design & Embedded Systems) from The College Of Engineering, University of Utah, USA. He is a foodie and an Agripreneur.
