Returns, Refunds, Exchange and Cancellations

All our food and lifestyle products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

In spite of these variables, Noble House Lifestyle (P) Ltd  stands behind the quality of products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or is different from its description.

Non-returnable items

  • Food items

  • Handicraft items

  • Custom made items

  • Personal care/beauty products

  • Discounted products (all items listed under SALE category).

Once an order is confirmed, we will not accept return, refund requests or any cancellation. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

In case of Damaged product 

  • We need to be notified of damaged product within 2 days from delivery date via email to mail@abjaorganicfarm.com

  • In the email please mention order number, image of invoice, outer box image, and clear images of the damaged product. 

  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly  and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.

  • Your email is important to us and we will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided. 


In case of Missing product

  • We need to be notified of missing product within 2 days from the delivery date via email to mail@abjaorganicfarm.com

  • In the email please mention the order number, image of the invoice, outer box image and clear images of the opened box with all items received.

  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.

  • Your email is important to us and we will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided. 


In case of Spoiled Food product

  • We need to be notified of spoilage of food product within 2 days from delivery date via email to mail@abjaorganicfarm.com

  • In the email please mention order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the spoiled product.

  • We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.

  • We will work with you on providing an amicable solution. 

  • Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.

Reverse Pick Up Policy

 

  • We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

  • You can e-mail us at mail@abjaorganicfarm.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

  • For items other than "Non-returnable items", please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a salable condition.

  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including all tags and stickers.

  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4 business days from the date of request.

  • After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.

  • In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

  • Note: - Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us. Please note we do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Noble House Lifestyle (P) Ltd. reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.


For items other than "Non-returnable items" -

  • You can return/exchange in 15 days after date of delivery, but under the condition we should intimated via email mail@abjaorganicfarm.com within 10 days of delivery of the goods to your address.

  • We will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location.

  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.

 

 

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

  • If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong item.

 

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

  • Refunds can only happen via E-Voucher/Credit coupon.

  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.

  • Customer can also place a request for a reverse pick up in case reverse pick up service is available through our couriers.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine quality issues as per above norms.

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Refund will not be made against "non-returnable items", unless there is a defect or different from its description.

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handmade/craftes products there will always be some variation between products.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Noble House Lifestyle (P) Ltd. and any of its associated brands reserve the final right to reject returns, refunds and claims.
