Sugarcane Jaggery - Organic, Handcrafted
Abja Organic Farm's premium quality organic jaggery is made using traditional Indian methods with organically grown sugarcane.
Following Ayurveda priciples, it is handmade in Iron utensils and cooked over slow fire for hours, with continuous hand-movement with a ladle, till the jaggery is condensed. Our gourmet jaggery is a labour of love for preserving the nutritional value and made in small batches in bite size pieces using old recipes. The filteration and and cleansing is done using Wild Okra (भिंडी) leaves in an organic way.
Our jaggery is free from chemicals, additives, preservatives and sulphur. The Jaggery is made on our farm in Uttar Pradesh which is PGS-India Organic certified.
At our farms we practice natural and regenarative farming; a holistic practice that uses the power of photosynthesis in plants to sequester carbon in the soil while improving soil health, crop yields, water resilience, and nutrient density.
Inspired by ancient wisdom, sustainability, and holistic living; we grow and sell high-quality handcrafted food made in small batches by household village women in and around our farm and villages.

Shelf Life-
12 months from packed date. Store in an airtight container in cool dry place.

Recycle-
For our reatil products, we try our best to use packaging that can be reused multiple times by our customers. In order to reduce wastage, we pack our shipments in used-cardboard boxes and encourage our customers to reuse the boxes before recycling
